At My Linen if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 Days of receipt for replacement or refund. Simply return the item to us in original condition with packaging, tags and tickets intact and we will replace it or process a refund to your original method of payment.
* Please choose carefully when selecting Quilts, Underblankets, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers and Pillows, as there is no exchange on these items due to health reasons, this policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, any item returned as Return to Sender / Refused or Uncollected will have $15 postage deducted from the return amount, we highly recommend returning items with tracking from Australia Post as this will provide you with a tracking number to help you with Australia Post should your return go missing.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product please contact us ASAP so we can discuss the best course of action.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all deliveries within Australia. We currently only deliver within Australia.
We send your goods the next Business day after ordering, depending on where you live, you should receive your My Linen order within 1-10 days. My Linen is located in NSW. We do offer Express Post, for an additional $15.00 per order. But please note that if your parcel is too big for Express Post, we will notify you and refund the fee paid. All our items are sent "Signature on Delivery" meaning Australia Post are required to Deliver goods and get a signature for the delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card for you and take your parcel to the nearest post office for you to collect within 7 business days. You are welcome to request “Safe Drop” via Australia Post should you require it. Please note: Should you choose to have your parcel left in safe place, we are not liable for “missing mail” claims on these deliveries.
