The difference between a bedspread and a coverlet is usually a bedspread comes down to the floor, whereas a coverlet doesn't, it sits a bit off the floor. They are both still prefilled bedcovers, just a minor design and sizing difference. Otherwise, there are no major differences between the two.

How often should you wash your bedspread / coverlet?
