What size do I need for my adjustable Bed?

There are typically 3 different sizes of adjustable beds. They are:
A long single mattress is around 91cm wide and 203cm long, meaning it is a bit longer than your standard single mattresses, and thinner than a king single mattress. If you have this size mattress, you need to look out for long single bedding.
A split king bed is two long single mattresses pushed together. That means each mattress is around 91cm wide and 203cm long, but together measures at around 183cm wide and 203cm long. This is similar sizing to a standard king mattress. If you have this size bed, you need to look out for split king bedding, and long single bedding for your individual mattresses.
A split queen bed is similar to a split king, but has smaller individual mattresses. They measure at around 76cm wide and 203cm long. You will need to buy split queen bedding if you have this bed.

1. Mattress & Pillow Protectors

The first bedding item we would recommend you consider for your adjustable bed is a mattress protector! This will keep your mattress clean and will help extend the life of your mattress. They are also great for those with allergies as they help protect against irritants such as bed bugs, bed mould and dust mites.
 
You can also get waterproof protectors that will prevent spills from damaging your new mattress. You should also consider a protector for your pillow, which has all the same benefits as our mattress protectors but instead is made to fit over your pillow, ensuring the longevity of your pillow

2. Mattress Toppers

The next item we would consider would be a mattress topper! These toppers add an extra comfy layer of material on top of your mattress, which is perfect if you find your mattress is a bit too firm.
 
Or alternatively if you have an old mattress that is starting to sag or your new mattress is a bit too soft, our toppers can help firm up and bring new life to your mattress. We find that toppers are quite comfortable and supportive and help you relax in the right sleep position. 4. Bed Sheets

Now that you have all the mattress-related items sorted, it's time to look at the next stage of your bedding, the sheets!
