Can I sleep on a pillow with no pillowcase?
Whilst you can sleep on a pillow by itself, it is recommended that you should protect your pillow from the dirt and oil that comes off your body as you sleep with a protector and case.
Do you put a pillowcase over a pillow protector?
Yes. Your head should always rest on the pillowcase, regardless of if you have a pillow protector on your pillow or not. They are easy to wash and are quick to change so you can match your beautiful bedroom or quilt cover design.
How often should you wash your pillowcase?
It is recommended that you wash your pillowcase every two weeks or so. They should be washed just as regularly as the rest of your bedding, as not washing your bedding can lead to health problems.

Will a queen size pillow fit a standard pillowcase?
