Can you wash a quilt / doona protector?
Most quilt protectors can be machine washed, but you can always spot clean your doona protector! We would always recommend though that you check the care instructions on your individual quilt / doona protector before putting it in the wash.
Can you use an electric blanket with a quilt / doona protector?
You should always be careful with your electric blanket, but having one on your bed while you have a quilt / doona protector should not cause any issues. Make sure before you turn your electric blanket on that there are no damages to the blanket itself!
What's the difference between a quilt cover and a quilt protector?
A quilt cover is one way to protect your quilt, but the best way to do so is to add a protector over your doona. A doona cover is more so used as a decorative cover and isn't designed to provide protection against oils and spills.

The best way to make sure your quilt protector stays in place is to get the right size for your bed. Make sure you get the right width and length as you will need a protector that is the right size so it fits around your doona!
