Simply return the item to us in original condition with packaging, tags and tickets intact and we will replace it or process a refund to your original method of payment.

Yes. Every single one of our orders are shipped for free right here in Sydney, Australia. If you wish to upgrade to Express shipping, there is a $15 fee with that option only.
