At My Linen if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 Days of receipt for replacement or refund. Simply return the item to us in original condition with packaging, tags and tickets intact and we will replace it or process a refund to your original method of payment.
* Please choose carefully when selecting Quilts, Underblankets, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers and Pillows, as there is no exchange on these items due to health reasons, this policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, any item returned as Return to Sender / Refused or Uncollected will have $10 postage deducted from the return amount,we highly recommend returning items with tracking from Australia Post as this will provide you with a tracking number to help you with Australia Post should your return go missing.
