Q:     What sizes do you carry?

A:     We carry all Australian sizes in Bedding and Towels. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your requirements, please check using the measurements supplied in the product listing.

         Please note: We recommend that you measure the depth of sheets against your bed as bedding depths can vary from 28cm up to 50cm for a double-pillow top mattress.

Q:     Do you actually have all the items listed ‘In Stock’?

A:     Yes. Unlike some online stores, we have most items listed in stock ready to deliver.  Each product has its availability noted, along with expected shipping timeframe.

Q:     How do I change my order?

A:     You can remove any unwanted products or change the quantities by visiting your shopping cart and making your modication.

Q:     Do I need to register to buy from My Linen?

A:     There are two ways to buy from My Linen.


Register an account: Registering an account gives you access to:

    • A permanent shopping cart: Any items added to your cart will remain there until you remove them, even if you leave the My Linen site
    • An address book: We'll save your address details for the next time you login, so you don’t have to enter them again
    • Your order history: View a history of your previous purchases
    • Order tracking: View the status of your current orders, including tracking details for sent items

Order as a guest: You can also buy from My Linen as a guest, but it’s important to note that if you do this, you will not be able to access details of your order on the site and you won’t have access to tracking information.

Q:     What payment methods do you accept?

A:      We accept payments via Credit Card ( Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Afterpay and Zip.

Q:     How do you keep your site secure?

A:      My Linen carries a SSL Security Certificate, and our payments are processed via Eway, Paypal and Afterpay whom encrypt all their data.

Q:     How are my goods delivered?
