My Linen Members Program Terms & Conditions
You are opting in to receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications from My Linen. To stop receiving communications from My Linen, you can opt-out by contacting My Linen or after receiving an SMS via the opt-out function for the communication.
Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within My Linen Members promotional emails, you are opting out of being a My Linen Member. When opting out of My Linen SMS communications via the opt-out reply function, you are opting out of SMS marketing only. To opt-out of all marketing messaging, please send us an email via our contact us form.
1.2 All members/participants in the My Linen Members program must be residents of Australia.
1.3 Any discount vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If discount voucher terms and conditions are not adhered to, My Linen reserves the right to cancel the customer's My Linen Members membership at any time.
1.4 My Linen reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice. My Linen will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to the My Linen Members emails and the My Linen website.
1.5 Membership is free to join and there is no ongoing annual fee to become or remain a member
1.6 To become a member you must be an individual, have a current email address and complete the joining process online at the My Linen online store
1.7 Each member must maintain a valid email address with My Linen to join and receive member benefits and email notifications
1.8 Your email address is the primary identifier used for identification purposes when you shop online (there is no membership card)
1.9 My Linen reserves the right at any time without notice to
a) withdraw or cancel any membership facilities or member benefits;
b) terminate a membership of the My Linen Members program; or
c) terminate the My Linen Members program
1.10 Grounds for membership rejection, suspension, and cancellation include (but are not limited to)
a) any abuse or attempted abuse of your membership, the My Linen Members program, or anything associated with My Linen;
b) an act or omission contrary to membership terms and conditions;
c) any member benefits which are used fraudulently or credited or accumulated erroneously;
d) any use or attempted use of any member benefits in a manner contrary to these terms and conditions;
e) any reasonable suspicion of unacceptable conduct in connection with your membership, including any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty, fraud or wrongful conduct
1.11 In the event of cancellation of a membership, My Linen may retain membership information for record-keeping purposes and for our general data analysis purposes
1.12 Members agree that My Linen does not need to notify you in advance or give you any reasons, with regard to any action we take concerning your membership
1.15 My Linen will not accept any liability for any email communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
1.16 My Linen will not accept any liability for any technical issues, including without limitation the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or intranet site, that may cause damage to any computer related to, or used in connection with our My Linen Members program.
1.17 My Linen will have no liability to you if you fail to claim a Benefit for any reason, if you have provided any incorrect information including without limitation contact or address details, or if you are otherwise unable to enjoy the advantage of the Benefit for any reason beyond the control of My Linen.
